The Shivans claim Undine was born in the deepest void, or perhaps always found there. Some say she can be found in the deepest, darkest places of our world – although I doubt that is to be quite taken literally.
I have not encountered her, but in this world, her closest hand is her Usher, the Chosen Ultragotha.”
